Experience & Requirements.
5+ years of business development-related experience.
3+ years in ingredients (colors and flavor)/food tech field experience.
Partnerships experience source, diligence, and help close complex deals to accelerate and expand commercialization.
Highly strategic: experience decomposing real-world business problems, formulatingthe strategies by analyzing data, and thinking quickly to deliver results.
