Michroma is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Food Technologist to join the team in Rosario, Argentina. We are looking for someone for the Scientific team, who has experience with food ingredients Formulation and use of Spray Drying & Encapsulation techniques.
- 2+ years of food ingredients/ pharma formulation.
- 2+ years using spray drying (must have experience with a spray dryer).
- Encapsulation, microemulsification or different formulation techniques for stabilizing colorants,
antioxidants, natural extracts or any other active compounds.
- 1+ years of experience in micro and nano encapsulated particles.
- Also from a cosmetic, coating, polymer science perspective.
