Michroma is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Food Technologist to join the team in Rosario, Argentina. We are looking for someone for the R&D team who has experience with food ingredients development and formulation.
Experience & Requirements.
3+ years working on food ingredients/nutraceuticals/ supplements/ pharma/cosmetics.
Experienced in product processing, formulation, and stabilization.
Deep knowledge in GMP/GLP, SOP, HACCP, FSSC, and others identify and implement areas of process and/or product improvement to prevent a recurrence.
Solid understanding of how to run sensory evaluation panels and process their results data.
